UAD 3.6 Now available in Broad Production
UCDP now supports the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and Forms Redesign Broad Production Period has begun. All lenders are now permitted to submit UAD 3.6 appraisal reports to the Uniform Mortgage Data Program^® (UCDP^®). Learn more on the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac UAD webpages.
